By coupling this local behavior analysis and sharing its findings within our community, we create a crowdsourced Cyber Threat Intelligence solution of unprecedented magnitude, that will counter the vast majority of technical hacks.Job, at a glanceYou will naturally develop expertise in using CrowdSec and will be able to assist with Discord support and potentially client support as well. Initially, your main tasks will be focused on managing PoV (Proof of Value) lists and post-sales Customer Success Management (CSM):<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested"><li>Ensure that each active item has an updated "next action" and "next action date."</li><li>Follow up with clients based on these "next actions" and/or involve the assigned tech support, prospect/client, or sales representative to take actions that positively impact the ongoing process.</li></ul>Proof of Value (PoV):<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested"><li>Ensure that all relevant context and information are kept up-to-date.</li><li>Assist in setting up PoV onboarding.</li><li>Activate the necessary access and resources for the PoV and inform the prospect.</li><li>Follow up with and organize debrief sessions for PoVs.</li><li>Deactivate access after the "final follow-up" and notify the prospect.</li></ul>Customer Success Management (CSM):<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested"><li>Onboard newly signed or renewed clients:<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested"><li>Organize an onboarding call to list actions and address any questions about deploying our products.</li><li>Provide the necessary access.</li></ul></li><li>Organize or remind the sales rep to schedule periodic feedback meetings for the client, particularly in the quarter leading up to renewal.</li><li>Plan quarterly workshops for large clients and maintain a quarterly update deck, including:<ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested"><li>New features released since the last session.</li><li>A sneak peek into the roadmap for the upcoming quarter.</li></ul></li><li>Triage Zendesk tickets and handle those within their scope of ability.</li><li>Ping the assigned technical support for tickets that have been pending for a specific duration.</li></ul>Additionally, you will assist the head of support with tasks related to automations, templates, and support decks as needed.
